Inspired by the classic Banker's Light, British designer John Tree has merged archetypal references with his contemporary, colourful sensibility to create the Apex Clip lamp. The folded steel lampshades form a pointed roofline silhouette, providing the inspiration behind the lamp's name as well as a graphic contrast with the chrome bases. The adjustable clip means the lamp can be attached to a wide variety of vertical and horizontal surfaces, while the colourful lampshade rotates a full 360 degrees, allowing users to direct the light according to their needs. The Apex Clip lamp offers a functional lighting solution for a multitude of spaces and uses, from ambient light in a corner to a reading lamp above a sofa.
