The Penguin lounge chair is a remarkable mid-century masterpiece. With an air of serenity and stability, this chair invites a feeling of comfort and security. Nestled within its deep, low frame, it offers an experience of pure relaxation. Designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen in 1953, the Penguin chair was meticulously crafted with the user in mind. Its curved backrest and sloping seat, upholstered in fabric or leather, gently embrace the body, delivering levels of comfort unexpected in such a seemingly simple design.
