Designed in 1957 by Paulo Mendes da Rocha, the Paulistano armchair furnished pendant for many years the lounges of the São Paulo Athletics Club, itself designed by the Brazilian architect. The constructivist concept of the structure, composed of a unique folded steel bar, and its seat, in leather or cotton, give this armchair an aesthetic lightness and incomparable comfort.
Produced in small series over the years, the Paulistano armchair emerges from the past to show that the purity and elegance of its lines are timeless: a masterpiece.
