Maximum

Each piece of furniture is made in France from industrial offcuts, transforming waste materials into unique and elegant pieces.

Every day, French industry generates 65,000 tonnes of offcuts, pre-production runs and other surplus materials. Maximum sees this resource as an opportunity: to create high-end designer furniture whilst reducing waste.

At Maximum, industrial surplus isn’t just recycled – it’s reinvented. These semi-finished products have already benefited from machinery, human labour and expertise, and are transformed into furniture with an innovative and contemporary design. Hand-finished in the workshops in Ivry-sur-Seine, each piece combines artisanal quality with impeccable aesthetics.

Maximum travels the length and breadth of France to select the most promising surplus items and transform them into design pieces. Ergonomics, elegance and sustainability lie at the heart of every design, ensuring that the furniture is as beautiful as it is sustainable.

Embrace eco-friendly design with Maximum, and bring home furniture that tells a unique story, whilst respecting the planet.
