Ferm Living Shelves

Ferm Living shelves offer a vision of storage conceived as a fully fledged part of interior decoration. With 34 references available at The Cool Republic, this collection embodies the Danish brand's Scandinavian approach: clean lines, considered proportions and close attention to every detail of the making. Whether you are looking for a compact wall-mounted solution or a more structural storage system, Ferm Living shelves sit just as comfortably in a contemporary interior as in a flat with more classical references. Founded in Copenhagen in 2005, Ferm Living has built its identity on a pared-back aesthetic combining geometric forms with carefully chosen materials. Among the collection's essential designs is the Punctual system, a modular set in powder-coated metal that lets you compose your own arrangement freely, combining ladders, shelves and accessories to suit your needs. This principle of modularity lies at the heart of the Ferm Living philosophy: objects that evolve with space and time. The finishes on offer span a measured chromatic spectrum, from terracotta neutrals to deep blacks, by way of off-whites that adapt to any palette. To explore other worlds of metal storage, our selection of Aluminium shelves or the HAY metal shelves offer complementary alternatives well worth considering.

Ferm Living shelves are equally at home in living spaces, offices and bedrooms, wherever storage needs to remain visible without weighing down the mood. They pair naturally with other pieces from the brand: Ferm Living cushions arranged on a nearby sofa, or Ferm Living rugs to unify a whole room around the same formal vocabulary.
