Bloomingville Shelves

Bloomingville shelves embody a vision of storage conceived as a fully fledged part of interior decoration. Founded in 1977 in Aarhus, the Danish brand designs furniture and accessories that combine functionality with an unmistakably Nordic aesthetic. With 16 models available within our Shelves department, this selection spans a wide range of formats, from small wall-mounted supports to freestanding bookcases, meeting varied layout requirements without sacrificing the visual coherence of a carefully considered interior.

Bloomingville draws its identity from contemporary Scandinavian design, characterised by understated lines, balanced proportions and close attention to materials. The brand's shelves come in wood, metal and MDF, with natural, black or tinted finishes that suit a minimalist interior just as well as a warmer setting. Certain models, such as the wall shelves with metal ladder frames, offer modular configurations in which the height of each board can be adjusted as needed. This flexibility lies at the heart of the Bloomingville approach: providing storage that adapts, rather than imposing a rigid organisation. To explore the brand's world in full, the All Bloomingville products catalogue brings together furniture, lighting and decorative objects. Those drawn to shelves with metal structures will also find a fine complement among the HAY metal shelves, to vary the references within a single space.

Bloomingville shelves are equally at home in the living room, a bedroom, a study or an entrance hall. They hold books, plants, collectables and decorative accessories without visually cluttering the room. To compose a coherent interior, it makes sense to pair them with other pieces from the brand: Bloomingville vases arranged as decoration or Bloomingville lamps placed nearby reinforce the stylistic unity of the whole and create a poised Nordic atmosphere.
