Blue Lamps

Blue lamps are one of the most defining choices for asserting a decorative identity: a shade that captures light differently depending on the time of day and intensity, transforming a living room, bedroom or home office alike. The Cool Republic brings together 72 hand-picked references, from leading design signatures to emerging creators.

The selection covers a wide spectrum: midnight blue, cobalt, teal, navy, sky blue and electric blue. In terms of formats, you will find the blue table lamp for the bedside or desk, the pendant light to highlight a dining table or kitchen island, and the floor lamp to anchor a corner of a room. For a blue designer lamp with strong character, the Artemide Lamps and Kartell Lamps collections offer iconic pieces such as the Tolomeo and the Bourgie available in blue finishes, heirs to the work of Michele De Lucchi and Ferruccio Laviani on material and colour.

Blue works in tonal harmony with monochrome interiors or in bold contrast against white, linen or light wood backgrounds. Fabric shades diffuse a warm tinted light, while blown glass or ceramic bases play on transparency and colour depth. To explore neighbouring neutral shades, the Black lamps, White lamps and Glass lamps collections naturally complete this palette.
