by designer Sebastian Herkner: living and dining chairs designed for indoor and outdoor use. Their shape and colours are inspired by a visit to the coastal metropolis of Cartagena de Indias, hence the name.
The colorful recycled pvc threads are woven à la by hand around a tubular steel frame in colombia. The artisans use a particularly elaborate weaving technique, which explains why they take 3 days to make. Different colors are used for the seat, backrest and structure to allow a nice visual dynamism.
This weaving gives a charm unique to these chairs which makes them aesthetic and comfortable
