Specialising in high-end plastic products, the Italian house Kartell was founded in 1949 by chemical engineer Giulio Castelli. Today, working alongside great designers (Starck, Tokujin Yoshioka, Marco Zanuso and more), Kartell continues to explore the potential of plastic ever further, a material to which the brand has brought a designer, highly precious feel.
Kartell delights us with this complete family of lamps whose distinctive feature lies in the shape of the diffuser: slightly ovoid and transparent, with a faceted surface both inside and out, creating an intense play of reflections. Its designer Tokujin Yoshioka has succeeded in harmonising transparency and light through a play of creative suggestions across the surfaces. With its contemporary style, this light will blend easily into your decor and bring a touch of understated modernity. It will readily find its place in a living room or a bedroom.
