Criss-cross rattan armchair Emmanuelle - KOK

The Emmanuelle rattan armchair was originally a Polynesian throne (the so-called "Pomaré" chair), hence its imposing, spectacular and radically exotic character! Devilishly photogenic, it has, as it happens, appeared in numerous other films.

KOK maison has nevertheless chosen to restore all of its original majesty, with no compromise on dimensions, finishes or quality. Opulent, refined rattan lacework weaving, generous volumes and a wider-diameter base for improved stability. The model shown here features a lattice pattern, one of the most widespread as it can be made with strips of Buri, a South-East Asian plant from which inexpensive ribs are obtained. Ours is made entirely from rattan.
