Mantle is a new compact portable lamp powered by a battery, designed to mimic the magic of candlelight in any dining room. The slender size and conical shape allow the light to be cast evenly across the surface of the table, while the handle encourages easy interaction.

Designed to enhance the dining experience and bring people together, Mantle has been carefully conceived to cascade light downwards in order to illuminate the surface. To celebrate the theme, the colour finishes – Cobalt Blue, Granite Black and Stone White – reference the robust serving materials found on the table, such as earthenware, stone and enamel.

The name Mantle refers both to the concealment of the internal batteries and circuitry beneath a single sheet of stainless steel and to the classic shape of a clock or a cloak.
