The PH 80 was originally a table lamp and floor lamp designed as a tribute to Poul Henningsen, one of Denmark's most famous designers, particularly renowned for his work in lighting. The PH80 was created in 1974, after Henningsen's death, in honor of what would have been his 80th birthday. The original PH 80 is part of Henningsen's famous "PH series" and follows his desire to créer glare-free lighting through a design -abat-jours. The PH 80 portable lamp is à la both functional and aesthetic, providing comfortable, warm, and diffused indirect light, suitable for both homes and professional environments.
