Large blue-yellow coffee table 110 cm Francis - Petite Friture

By believing in the diversity of talent and by listening to its desires and dreams, Petite Friture has positioned itself at the cutting edge of design publishing in France. Diversity, open-mindedness and quality are the watchwords of this brand, which has established itself as an essential reference in the world of decoration.

The FRANCIS mirrored coffee tables were born from the meeting of totemic, solemn shapes with Petite Friture's iconic mirror, winner of the Wallpaper Design Award. For this reinvention of FRANCIS, designer Constance Guisset hand-painted watercolours, playing with two series of shades. The watercolours were then worked digitally to amplify the interplay of transparency between the colours, and to heighten or soften the movement of the pigments, thereby giving rise to six unique watercolours. The watercolours, printed onto mirror, were then captured within layers of laminated glass, lending depth to the eye and durability to these functional tables.

Side table or coffee table, or indeed in a wall mirror version, Francis comes in several sizes and colours. Their varying heights allow you to create an interplay between them within a harmonious grouping.

"My research finds multiple applications in set design, object design and video. I strive to create light, animated objects whose elegant fluidity inspires wonder and an escape through dreams."
