Le Klint is a lighting company founded in 1943, but the company's history dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. When a hand-pleated lampshade was folded to fit a paraffin lamp designed by both architect and PV master engineer Jensen- Klint. Since then, they have retained the original concept, but are constantly looking to expand into modern times.
The Lantern, created in 1944, is one of the most detailed lamps Le Klint.
Unique and fascinating, it is the perfect combination of design, technology and know-how. The closed shape makes it perfect for hanging up high because it shades the light source from all angles.
