Designed for HAY by Norwegian designer Andreas Bergsaker, the Chisel chaise longue is a contemporary yet intemporelle version of the ever-popular molded plywood chair. Named after the carpentry tool classique, Chisel was born from désir to design a solid wood chair with a distinctive silhouette that would stand the test of time.

Developed with optimum craftsmanship and ergonomics in mind, the chair's soft, organic seat and back offer support in a visually inviting way, complemented by sloping legs that echo the chiselled references with their typically bevelled edges.
