Green cast iron casserole 3L Surface - Serax

Whether you're busy at the stove at home or in a restaurant, good utensils are truly essential in the kitchen. That's why Sergio and the Serax design team chose cast iron pots and pans with a very solid enamelled coating that perfectly withstand high temperatures and retain heat for a long time, which promotes the blending of flavours in food. The enamel coating allows for very easy cleaning of the pans and pots. Thanks to another innovation, the cast iron is perfectly compatible with all heat sources, from gas cookers to ceramic hobs. The innovative design of the lids allows for the recovery of condensation and the automatic moistening of dishes, which can simmer for long hours without drying out. The grill pans are equipped with a high rim that limits splashing, while the sauce pans have a slightly wider edge for easier whisking and cooking of sauces.

Sergio Herman brings us this green cast iron casserole. Size matters! That's why you'll find different sizes of casseroles in this collection. Practical and compact formats for cooking for yourself or for two. Larger versions if your guests are more numerous, and sauce pans ideal for use in the hotel, café and restaurant sector.
