Black cast iron casserole 2L Surface - Serax

Whether you're cooking up a storm at home or in a restaurant, the right utensils are truly indispensable in the kitchen. That's why Sergio and the Serax design team set their sights on cast iron pots and pans with an extremely hard-wearing enamel coating, which withstand high temperatures perfectly and retain heat for a long time, helping the flavours of the food to blend together. The enamel coating makes the pans and pots very easy to clean. Thanks to another innovation, the cast iron is perfectly compatible with all heat sources, from gas cookers through to ceramic hobs. The inventive design of the lids collects condensation and automatically moistens the food, which can simmer for hours on end without drying out. The griddle pans feature a high rim that limits splashing, while the saucepans have a slightly wider edge for whisking and cooking sauces more easily.

Sergio Herman brings us this cast iron casserole dish in black. Size matters! That's why you'll find casserole dishes in various sizes within this collection. Practical, compact formats for cooking for yourself or for two. Larger versions for when you're hosting more guests, and saucepans that are ideal for use in the hotel, café and restaurant trade.
