Composition : Bouclé is a distinctive fabric woven from looped yarns, which gives it its soft, pleasant-to-the-touch texture. Made from 100 per cent polyester (PES), it combines luxurious comfort with excellent durability, making it perfectly suited to upholstered furniture. Its slightly textured surface adds visual depth and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere, ideal for living rooms, bedrooms or any space where comfort and style go hand in hand. Thanks to its unique blend of softness and strength, bouclé remains a timeless choice designed to withstand everyday use. A dark taupe background, enhanced by lighter taupe highlights in a looped weave, gives the fabric depth and contrast, lending it a look that is both natural and sophisticated.

Care : Bouclé owes its charm to its looped yarns, but it also requires careful maintenance. Vacuum the upholstery regularly using a soft brush to remove dust and prevent dirt from accumulating between the loops. To protect the fabric, avoid contact with sharp objects or rough clothing that could snag the fibres. If a stain occurs, dab gently with a clean, dry cloth without rubbing, as this could distort the loops or spread the stain. For light soiling, use a mild upholstery cleaner suitable for synthetic fibres, and always test on a concealed area first. Professional cleaning is recommended for more thorough maintenance. Avoid exposing your bouclé furniture to direct sunlight to prevent colour fading, and keep it away from damp. With simple care, bouclé will retain its softness, texture and comfort for many years to come.
