In their Tense series for New Works, designers Panter & Tourron explore aspects of material tension, giving life to airy, flowing forms. The dreamlike shade of the Tense wall lamp, which resembles a nuage, gently diffuses light and creates a sculptural feel that suits a wide range of architectural environments. With a fabric-like softness and an expression reminiscent of crunchy paper, the texturally rich Tyvek diffuser adds tactility, while offering strength, Class 1 flame retardancy and 100% recyclability. When the light is switched on, the crumpled texture is accentuated in a delicate exchange of ombre and light. The Tense wall lamp features an integrated LED light source and a discreet pin switch located à la base.
