The Baba wool rug is inspired by pâtisserie, the brand's artistic direction. The motif at its centre alludes to the composition of the Baba au Rhum, a landmark of French pastry-making.
These geometric shapes are inspired by the Bauhaus school, giving the rug a seventies yet contemporary style. The Baba rug, made in France, is the result of a collaboration with PINTON, one of the greatest names in exceptional rugs and tapestry for 150 years now. Each rug is made of wool and produced by hand using the tufting technique, an age-old craft that makes its creation possible.
