Kabuki, is the new suspension created by Ferruccio Laviani for the Italian company Kartell. Seductive with its lace dress, sensual curves and neobaroque look, the Kabuki suspension is injection moulded using a solid thermoplastic techno polymer. The sophisticated technique used, a specialty of Kartell, makes the product robust and stable, its perforated surface lets through light that casts fine, delicate shadows on the walls. Although at first glance it appears to be the result of meticulous craftsmanship, this product is in fact strictly industrial, once again demonstrating all the possibilities that plastic material offers. The suspension is available in several colours and a floor lamp completes the collection.
