Sand ceramic vase 23.5cm Kabin - 101 COPENHAGEN

Kabin is a series of vases inspired by the classic, simple forms of Japanese craftsmanship. The large table vases offer the same stability and complexity as traditional Japanese tea bowls, and the oval-shaped bodies rest on a small foot or pedestal, adding refinement to the classic shape. The Kabin series is a love story between Japanese and Scandinavian craftsmanship, which has given rise to this minimalist collection of vases available in four different structures.

Kabin Shisen is a new edition of the Kabin series, offering a uniquely detailed finish, with the attempt to create a one-of-a-kind surface of hundreds of small circles fading into a tactile pattern. In Japanese, Shisen means "net" or "way of seeing things".
