The rug is hand-woven to produce a dense, soft and highly exclusive texture reminiscent of velvet. This texture is further enhanced by the material’s subtle sheen, achieved by spinning a small amount of viscose into the wool fibres. Cotton fibres are used to bind the weave at the end of the process to create fringes.
