Barocco originally meant a pearl of irregular shape and perfectly imperfect, because it is rich in variation and has the same quality as wood, which also varies and contributes with uniqueness to a uniform design.
Created by the talented designer Jonas Hoejgaard for the Scandinavian house Nordic Tales, the Barocco hangers design Barocco challenges the way we perceive the notions of solidity and liquidity.
Little different from an ice cube, created by weather conditions, the Barocco suspension is formed by the blowing of air and a change in temperature. Thus, Bright Barocco lamps give the impression of being frozen in the middle of the process.
Perfectly imperfect, the globe is accompanied by a solid golden brass platine.
Each design suspension is a piece unique, personalised by a glassblower and accompanied by a certificate and the signature of the glassblower.
