Steel pendant light in aged brass 76x97cm Ironwood - Hudson Valley Lighting

The Ironwood chandelier arranges nine light sources across a steel structure with a strikingly graphic design. The arms extend outwards as much as upwards, giving the whole a sculptural presence that reads from every angle of the room.

Each light source is topped with a glass globe in a lightly bubbled opal finish. The light loses its direct glare here and diffuses gently, without dazzling. The contrast between the rigour of the metal and the roundness of the glass creates a modern look, both bold and warm.

The fabric-sheathed cord suspension allows the height to be adjusted across a wide range, from low ceilings to stairwells. For indoor use only, it finds its place above a dining table, in a high-ceilinged entrance hall or at the centre of a living room.
