This Pipistrello table lamp or floor lamp with diffused light is height-adjustable. It features a satin stainless steel telescopic stem and a white opal methacrylate diffuser.

The diffuser of this lamp, designed in 1965 by Gae Aulenti for Martinelli Luce, was produced using moulding techniques that were innovative at the time. The flared shape of the base rises upwards, widening at the ribs of the diffuser like the wings of a bat. Whether placed on a table or on the floor, the lamp expresses its full personality in any setting.
