Roots 140 embodies the very essence of Karup Design's DNA: you have not only a sofa, but also a bed and a comfortable armchair. By folding down the front legs and adjusting the backrest, you get a soft armchair. By lowering the backrest completely, you have a cosy bed in which you can recharge, firmly anchored to the ground. Fold the backrest in half over the mattress and you get a standard height armchair. Roots 90 transforms quickly and easily, as if by magic. You see the idea?
