Inspired by ancient Chinese vases, the Sphere vase is characterised by a palette of washed-out earthy tones. Developed in close collaboration with highly talented ceramicists, it offers a precise contrast between soft shapes and sharp edges.

A true miniature sculpture, the Sphere Bubl Mini vase combines bold geometry with delicate charm. With its round body, central spout and conical base, it displays a harmonious symmetry, perfect for showcasing a single flower or as a decorative piece in its own right.

The Sphere collection has become emblematic of 101 Copenhagen's visual language and signature style. This collection is made up of unique silhouettes and textures, arranged in a decorative and sculptural manner. Elegantly sculpted, each vase is adorned with refined details.

A natural product glazed by hand, colours may vary slightly. Although it is not completely watertight, a fresh flower bag is supplied.

Materials

Material : Ceramic

Composition : 100% ceramic Ceramic is one of the oldest and most durable materials, renowned for its strength, versatility and timeless beauty. Crafted from natural clay and fired at high temperatures, it achieves a density and durability that make it ideal for both utilitarian and decorative uses. Its smooth surface provides the perfect canvas for artisanal craftsmanship. The ceramics are enhanced by hand-painting, where layers of pigment are carefully applied by skilled craftspeople. This process creates subtle variations in tone, texture and detail, ensuring that each piece is unique. The result is a material that combines strength and originality – practical enough for everyday use, yet refined enough to be considered a work of art. Hand-painted ceramics embody the harmony of nature, craftsmanship and time: a surface that combines both the permanence of fired clay and the expressive touch of the human hand.

Care : Hand-painted ceramic pieces are designed as decorative items, intended to develop an elegant patina if cared for properly. The outer surface of our pieces is hand-painted and deserves to be treated with the same care: gently dust it with a soft, dry cloth, taking care not to damage the paintwork. Water, harsh cleaning products and abrasives must never come into contact with this surface, as they could damage its delicate finish. The vases are watertight and can hold water for fresh flowers. Clean the inside gently with lukewarm water, then dry them thoroughly, taking care not to let any moisture come into contact with the painted exterior. To preserve their lustre, keep each piece away from prolonged exposure to sunlight and sudden changes in temperature. With this careful attention, each ceramic piece will retain its charm, warmth and timeless elegance for many years to come.
