Round stool in solid black suar wood 35x35x45cm Kotoran - Bazar Bizar

The Kotoran Stool by Bazar Bizar is a stool carved from suar wood, solid and compact. Its low, almost cubic silhouette rests on a generous seat in relation to its height. The black finish covers the piece without erasing the relief of the wood, whose grain and irregularities remain perceptible to the touch.

Each example is fashioned from a single piece of wood, which gives the whole a full presence and a reassuring weight. The variations in colour and grain belong to the material and mean that two stools are never quite identical.

It finds its place at the foot of a bed, along a wall, in a bathroom or near a sofa where it then serves as a side table. Used alone or in pairs, it brings a dark and raw touch to a minimalist interior as well as to a more heavily styled decor.
