Round stool in eucalyptus wood and beige fabric 40x44cm Burlin - Dutchbone

The Burlin stool by Dutchbone plays the card of simplicity. A compact seat, a straightforward base, and a round silhouette that slips just as easily at the foot of a bed as next to a sofa. Its light beige hue lets the wood express itself without artifice.

It is made of eucalyptus, a dense wood whose grain remains visible beneath the finish. Each piece therefore presents its own nuances. With a seat height close to that of a low chair, it lends itself to occasional use as well as a permanent presence in the room.

Light enough to move with one hand, it nevertheless supports a comfortable load. It is used as extra seating when guests arrive, as an improvised bedside table, or as a stand for a plant and a few books. Several examples lined up compose an informal bench along a wall.
