The design of this rug was traced à la by French designer and scenographer Piergil Fourquié.
Its irregularities have been faithfully reproduced on the carpet knotted by our Indian craftsmen.
Of all manufacturing techniques, hand-knotted carpets are the most plus complex, enabling us to faithfully reproduce even the most minute details of the plus designs.
In all, over 60, 000 knots are tied, requiring almost 200 hours of work to reproduce the original design.
This technique guarantees the finesse of the weave and the durability of the carpets.
