The Lounge Puffy armchair is generous and plump, winning us over with its out-of-the-ordinary design dreamt up by Faye Toogood. The generous shape of its padding spills freely over the sides of a tubular steel frame which, by contrast, is hard and solid.
The two key elements of this seating design by Faye Toogood are juxtaposed in a deliberate and playful way. The elemental frame draws inspiration from the rational structure of classic modernist design, while the extravagant quilt-like padding warmly embraces and envelops, comforting and reassuring.
