Inspired by Danish hygge, designer Simon Legald has created the Hyg furniture series.
The concept of hygge is about feeling good; safety, warmth and comfort are all part of its DNA and it is precisely these qualities that make up the collection Hyg model.
In collection Hyg, the chair is compose with a shell in high-strength polypropylene, which is mounted with four screws and cups on base in natural or black-stained oak
.
The moments where you sit ensemble, where you dive into conversation and share a meal are very important moments for the designer. It was therefore natural that the Hyg range should also be the setting for these moments. The feeling of well-being is not only linked to the visual experience of design, it is the overall sensory experience. A lot of effort has been put into sculpting the shape to ensure that the human body is rested and supported, so that it is comfortable to sit in.
Available in a wide range of colours.
