Both functional and artistic, the RONDO object expands the definition of a mirror. It is a narrative in steel, inflated with its own design potential and made using FiDU manufacturing technology.

RONDO – a polished, gleaming beauty in stainless steel enclosed within a rounded narrative. The irregularities of the surface are the result of the material being deformed by internal pressure. The convexities bend the reflections of light, adding a unique character to any space in which RONDO is placed. The large-scale convexities on the surface individualise the reflections of the surroundings. Whether hung or leaning against a wall, it captures new contexts and brings them into the space.

Depending on its size and finish, RONDO brings new concepts to interiors. The finishes in the Gradient collection resemble cosmic wonders, becoming a spark for deeper universal explorations of colour. From classic stainless steel, through the brilliant Aurum collection, to RONDO's unravelled matt dimension in the Cotton Candy palette. Every finish is the essence of minimalist elegance and of a contemporary approach to design and art, because Zieta Studio creates objects or, as we like to call them, mirror-shaped sculptures.

RONDO is a regular tribute to Oskar Zięta's original metal-forming method. To picture it simply, imagine two sheets of circular skirt patterns in stainless steel. These two elements are welded together precisely and hermetically, then inflated with high-pressure air to form a three-dimensional object. Such volumetric expansion, often referred to as "controlled loss of control", is a manifesto of advanced parametric programming and of the free deformation process of the material itself. This convex freedom translates into unique deformations along the edges, which refract the light and give an impression of singular softness.

ELIX NEBULA is a manifesto of the artist's exploration of the relationship between the universe – matter – colour. The transition between shades creates the effect of a gentle blending of colours from the edge of the object towards its centre. The colours are inspired by the trace left by a dying star – a planetary nebula. The glow of the nebula's cosmic colours is particularly intriguing because it appears differently across a wide range of light spectra, from ultraviolet to infrared, captured through various telescope lenses.
