Lampshade for pendant light in natural dark brown woven rattan 50cm Amphora - Bazar Bizar

The Amphora Pendant by Bazar Bizar takes the silhouette of an ancient jar, stretched upwards and suspended above the space. Its XXL version imposes a frank presence: nearly one hundred and sixty centimetres in length with a diameter of half a metre, a proportion that structures a volume without closing it, since the light passes between the strands.

The rattan is hand-woven, which reveals slight variations from one piece to another. The Dark Walnut finish darkens the fibre and accentuates its relief, with warm reflections that appear as soon as the light source is switched on. On the ceiling, the weave casts a regular play of shadows on the surrounding walls.

This pendant light finds its place above a dining table, in a stairwell or in an entrance hall with a good ceiling height. Installed alone, it takes on the role of centrepiece. Repeated in a line, it punctuates a large table or a counter.
