Discover the Jeannot collection of pocket knives designed by Atelier Miguel, perfect for cutlery enthusiasts, adventurers, hikers and collectors.

All Atelier Miguel knives are handmade. French Z40 stainless steel is used for the majority of the blades, offering the advantage of being extremely hard-wearing, rust-free and requiring no particular maintenance whatsoever. Still with an eco-friendly approach in mind, most of the wood used to make the knives comes from French forests and is sourced through donations or salvage.

Care : To sharpen the knife, a few back-and-forth strokes with a sharpening steel will straighten the edge and restore a good cutting edge. For a more thorough sharpening, you can use a whetstone, whilst maintaining a constant angle of between 20° and 30°. To restore the wood’s natural lustre, you can apply vegetable oil – such as linseed oil, sweet almond oil or grapeseed oil – once or twice a year. Do not immerse the handle in water to ensure the wood retains its lustre.
