The Ruche pendant light was designed by Christian Ghion 25 years ago, and it is with the utmost respect for the original drawing that the Market Set design team has developed this reissue, while bringing it into the modern day through careful work on materials and colours.
With a design style and Scandinavian influences, this cluster of lampshades evokes the shape of a stylised beehive. The cones play with light, diffusing it or reflecting it across the smooth, soft surface of their materials. Its white version in Murano paper, pure and timeless, firmly establishes it as a design reference in lighting. Its marshmallow and khaki versions, fresh and contemporary, invite softness through a subtle gradation of on-trend colours.
