Set of two bowls in light blue terracotta 20 cm Barro - Hay

Designed by Portuguese designer Rui Pereira, the Barro Bowl is part of a tableware collection that brings the warmth and beautiful simplicity of terracotta to the table.

Meaning "red clay" in Portuguese, Barro reflects the designer's appreciation of the traditions and uses associated with this ancient material. The bowl's low profile and rolled edges, combined with its soft feel and its proportions, create a sense of stability that makes it a pleasure to use. Made in Portugal from durable terracotta, the Barro bowl is glazed in a variety of high-gloss colours that can be matched or mixed in countless bespoke combinations. The bowls are supplied in sets of two.
