Bloom Tray Mini Bowl in Dark Grey Ceramic - 101 Copenhagen

Inspired by floral forms, Bloom places the emphasis on soft, organic shapes in a collection of sculptural ceramic vases and bowls. Elegantly sculpted, each Bloom ceramic piece is characterised by several flower petals merging into one another, evoking the different stages of a flower, from closed to open.

Bloom is an interpretation of the floral-inspired design of the 1970s. But with a rawer, sharper expression. The gently curved surface is contrasted by a strong underlying geometry and is enhanced by a beautiful play of shadows in the depths of the surface. Thanks to its expressive design, the Bloom vase changes in appearance throughout the day, depending on the position of the light and shadows.

Bloom comes as vases and bowls and is made from ceramic or fibre concrete. The surface is glazed by hand to achieve a unique surface texture. Colours may vary slightly, as this is a handmade product. The vase is not 100% watertight, which is why a bag for fresh flowers is included.
