Playful, poetic and sober, the team of design of Space Copenhagen has reimagined the traditional lantern with the Unbound floor lamp, soothing and of caractère. The teardrop-shaped base in marbre serves as an anchor, and the white linen or natural canvas shade can be effortlessly turned around it, as if it were a gently soaring sail. Its dark antique brass "pole" supports a ensemble of dimmable LED lamps inside the shade, which create a soft, diffused and evenly distributed light.
The plus grand of Unbound floor lamps, it can be used to créer a bold, stand-alone statement, or paired with the medium and small versions to créer a sculptural group. By changing the angles of the "sails" in relation to each other, the result is a soothing, floating, dynamic sculpture, even when it is turned off.
