The Revolve lamp by Fatboy takes up a simple silhouette: a slender base topped with a flared lampshade, designed to concentrate light downwards. Its aluminium structure receives a powdered finish, here in a wild moss tone, deep green that sits discreetly on a table, console or shelf.
Portable, it moves with one hand. Less than a kilo and a contained height allow it to move from desk to coffee table, then follow the meal through to the end of the evening. Nothing to plug in, nothing to work around: the lamp sits where you need it, and moves elsewhere when the room changes use.
