Chop reimagines an archetypal classique slatted chair to créer a silhouette immediately recognizable, yet pleasantly unfamiliar. The idea for design was influenced by Malouin's work in the art world, where he often uses manual industrial techniques to develop striking forms that accentuate the materiality of the object.
