With the goal of créer a shell chair with a unified plus look that would stand as a cohesive unit, Simon Legald created the Form chair for Normann Copenhagen.
To achieve this seamless , integrated look, a new and innovative solution for bringing the seat together with the legs was developed. The molded plastic seat and steel base integrate naturally with the seat using a unique system of cups. The plastic seat and steel legs are elegantly joined, accentuating the high quality of craftsmanship of design. The legs almost seem to emerge from the shell. This gives flexibility to design and allows the frame to be varied in many ways, to suit a grand number of interiors.
Form chairs offer excellent back support and freedom of movement. The solid materials and contoured shape ensure a comfortable seating experience.
