Designed for HAY by Erwan Bouroullec, the Traverse chair and armchair are part of an outdoor furniture collection designed to blend naturally into wherever it is placed. Made up of a die-cast aluminium frame and a slatted seat in heat-treated ash, the chairs combine sturdy construction with a welcoming expression that develops a natural patina, growing more beautiful over time. Thanks to their balanced aesthetic and ergonomic design, the Traverse chair and armchair can be used with the Traverse tables to create dining and social spaces in a wide range of private and public settings.
