Simon Legald created the Form Chair for Normann Copenhagen with the aim of créer a shell chair with a unified plus look that would stand as a cohesive unit. To achieve this seamless, integrated look, a new and innovative solution for bringing the seat and legs together was developed. The molded plastic seat and oak, walnut or steel legs integrate naturally with the seat thanks to a unique system of cups. The plastic seat and the wooden or steel legs come together elegantly, accentuating the high quality craftsmanship of design. The legs almost seem to emerge from the shell. This gives flexibility to design and allows the frame to be varied in many ways, to suit a grand number of interiors. Form Chairs offer excellent back support and freedom of movement. Solid materials and a streamlined shape ensure a comfortable seating experience.
