An icon of industrial aesthetics for almost a century, the H stool by Tolix has travelled through the ages and styles to become a classic etched in our collective memory, a piece of "living heritage" that showcases the French art of living… The embodiment of the modern style of the 1930s to 1950s, the H stool made its mark thanks to its rock-solid sturdiness and remarkable lightness. Both nestable and stackable, it is a perfect answer to the need for space efficiency. Its clean-lined look and outstanding practicality have earned it a prestigious and highly successful career: it graced countless café terraces before making its way into the home from the 1950s onwards.
