Table lamp in plastic fuchsia pink 68cm Bourgie - Kartell

Both classic and modern, Bourgie is an irresistible table lamp dreamt up by the great Italian designer and architect Ferruccio Laviani for Kartell. This cult lighting boasts a distinguished silhouette and is adorned with countless details to be admired without any moderation whatsoever.

Glossy and hard-wearing, the Bourgie table lamp sports a classic, baroque look given a twist through the use of metallised ABS, a plastic material made noble by the expert hands of Kartell, a specialist in high-end plastic furniture. Once the light is switched on, the pleated material of the lampshade becomes the playground for fascinating plays of shadow and light. The sparkling appearance of the Bourgie lamp in silver will bring refined beauty to every room in the house.

Its interlaced base, resolutely baroque in style, features three legs and three decorated tiers that create regal curves worthy of the court of Versailles. Sublime and versatile, this lighting boasts an ingenious system that allows the height of the lampshade to be adjusted according to use (68, 73 and 78 cm). As a bedside lamp, a desk lamp and why not an accent lamp, Bourgie adapts to every interior, adding a chic and quirky designer touch. Its switch features a dimmer: the light intensity can be adjusted to suit your mood. We can picture Bourgie displayed on a chest of drawers in a spacious hallway, standing directly on the floor in an industrial-style living room, or serving as a desk lamp in a welcoming workspace.

The iconic Bourgie lamp comes in numerous colours (crystal, gold, black, fuchsia, etc.), charming versions available at The Cool Republic.
