Designed in 1985 by the Nucleon 8 collective, the Paulistano OC is bureau 's version of the famous armchair created by architect Paulo Mendes da Rocha, which for many years furnished pendant the lounges of the Club São Paulo Athletics Center, itself designed by the Brazilian architect. The constructivist concept of the structure, composed of a unique folded steel bar, and the seat, in leather or cotton, give this armchair an aesthetic lightness and incomparable comfort.
Produced in small series over the years, the Paulistano armchair emerges from the past to show that the purity and elegance of its lines are timeless: a masterpiece.
