Bedside table lamp in silver blown glass 16,5x24,3cm Fragile - Marset

With Fragile S, Jaume Ramírez plays on the contrast between a blown glass diffuser and an aluminium base. The glass volume rests on its base like an object that has just been set down, in an apparent balance that gives the lamp its name. The silhouette remains compact, designed for a bedside table, a console, a shelf or a corner of a desk.

The blown glass softens the light and lets it diffuse in all directions, without any glare point. The progressive variation makes it possible to move from a discreet halo to a more direct lighting depending on the time of day, which makes the lamp as useful as ambient light as for close reading.

This version combines an aluminium base with a warm colour temperature, in a neutral register that works with contemporary interiors as well as with more classic rooms. Its reduced format allows repetition: several examples aligned on a sideboard or in a guest bedroom create a regular luminous rhythm. Signed by Marset, it is intended for indoor use.
