Mustard felt ball rug 250 cm Klara - myfelt

Felt ball rugs have arrived at The Cool Republic: meet the German brand myfelt, whose relaxed, fresh approach to design was bound to win us over.

Made according to fair trade principles, the Klara collection is crafted from large felt balls, each one shaped individually by hand.

A genuine eye-catcher, its dark yellow felt balls wrap your rooms in a warm, luminous shade.
As well as being a one-of-a-kind piece, Klara brings a touch of positivity to your home.

It will easily find its place at the heart of a living room or a bedroom, and its bright, cheerful colours will only heighten that effect.

myfelt felt ball rugs are made from pure wool, regarded as one of the most precious materials thanks to its durability and exceptional quality.

At the very start of the manufacturing process, the wool is combed in a workshop in Nepal. It is then washed several times and dyed under very strict ecological and humanitarian conditions, which are approved by GoodWeave, one of the leading organisations campaigning for a fair carpet industry.

Each individual ball is made by hand in several stages. The finished balls are then sewn into a rug, which can be made up of more than 50,000 felt balls, using a knotting technique developed especially by myfelt.

A beautiful decorative object made to the highest fair trade standards – now there's an idea that takes you places!
